The Internet has transformed the markets making them more competitive, demanding and impatient. For consumers, the Internet has been good news, the access to the wide quantity of information so immediately has turned them into true analysts.
On the basis of a market made up by analysts, increasingly informed and therefore more critical, we have to respond by meeting their expectations with an experience focused on the consumer.
In the face of making sure that the services of the companies are valued it is fundamental to design them and adapt them to that consumer profile. We work developing user experiences that follow agile methodologies, delivering a tested product that is prepared for demanding consumers.
Our experience in the approach, development and design of the experiences makes us the ideal partner for your business.
“The user experience is the set of factors and elements related to the user interaction, with a specific environment or device. This depends not only on the factors related to the design but also on aspects related to emotions, feelings, construction and transmission of the brand, reliability of the product, etc.”
As we always do, we work in a methodical way to deliver a product that is prepared for success. We structure our process of user experience development in four phases that are iterated into “sprints” until we reach the final product:
We depart from the objectives of the project and based on that we analyse the elements that take action in their fulfilment. All the projects have one in common: the user.
Based on the analysis, we design the interfaces, from it, the interactions we consider appropriate for the user. The result of this phase is one or various prototypes.
In this phase, the team of technical execution comes into play and studies the technologies to use and making it a reality the prototypes raised in the previous phase.
To culminate with the “step” we carry out use tests about the implementation: technology, usability and experience are put to the test.
Each “sprint” is a block made up with the four phases previously mentioned. In order to develop an experience aimed at the consumer it is important to analyze, design, implement and try the experience repeatedly in order to offering a result that surrounds the consumer and impacts in it positively. This repetition of phases are called iterative process and we carry out as many “sprints” as needed until we get the desired result.
