In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and in particular, Article 10, this Legal Notice is made available to the user.

Its observance and compliance will be enforceable with respect to any person who accesses, browses or uses the website (hereinafter, the "Website" or the "Web"). If you do not agree with the conditions set forth, do not access, browse or use them.

Purpose

This Legal Notice establishes the rules for access, navigation and use of the Website. However, access to certain content and use of certain services may be subject to specific conditions, which will in all cases be clearly displayed and must be expressly accepted by users (hereinafter, "User" or "Users"). These specific conditions may replace, supplement or, where appropriate, modify those established in this Legal Notice.

Access and Registration

Access to the contents of the Website is completely free. However, there are certain Premium or paid contents whose access is limited to those Users who have made the corresponding payment to be beneficiaries of such content.

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, all personal data collected during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which every User must expressly accept when providing personal data through the Website.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

Access and use of the Website will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation and/or application of this Legal Notice, the competent Courts will be those provided for by applicable legal regulations.
